Premiere Radio Networks Names Jason Wilberding Vice President, Western Region Sales

LOS ANGELES, November 5, 2009 – Premiere Radio Networks announced today that Jason Wilberding has joined the company as Vice President, Western Region Sales.  Based in Los Angeles, Wilberding will provide leadership and direction to his team, while developing customized media solutions for numerous clients and agencies based in the Western U.S.  He will report to Carol Terakawa, Executive Vice President, Sales.

Wilberding comes to Premiere with 15 years experience in media sales and management. Most recently, he served as National Advertising Director and General Manager of BrandX for Tribune’s The Los Angeles Times Media Group.  During his tenure, he was responsible for managing a team of account executives and managers, while building relationships with local and national clients at the executive level, and developing and implementing multi-tiered sales platforms.  No stranger to radio, Wilberding served as VP/Director of Sales for Interep’s D&R Radio Sales and Spanish Broadcasting Systems’ KXOL-FM/KLAX-FM.  Prior to that, he served as General Sales Manager for CBS Radio’s KTWV-FM/94.7 The Wave.

Wilberding is a graduate of Central Michigan University with a B.A. in Management.  He’s married with two children and resides in Manhattan Beach, Calif.
